In mid 2016 three Architectural colleagues have decided to join in as partners and establish a Design Consultancy firm based in Manila. As potential project perception were robust within the Philippines and regionally receptive, the foundations were planned for full speed. As market       networks were providing positive feedbacks from Singapore, Hongkong, Australia and the       Middle East, it was unanimously agreed that a partnership was feasible to grow within the given market expectations. The company was registered and established finally on September 02, 2016.

DIRECTORS

Roberto F. Gianzon III has worked as an Interior Architectural Designer/Consultant since 2005 to 2016 in Singapore, Hogkong, Malaysia, Macau, Myanmar and Indonesia. He is a professional and experienced Hospitality and high-end residential designer with extensive corporate and         commercial designing history and handles the ID and Interior Architectural part of the group.

Gerardo V. Salaysay has 22 years of accumulated travelling and working experience within the countries of the Middle East as an Architect and Project Manager handling high end residential, corporate, commercial and Industrial projects. Gerry is a Registered Licensed Architect and a UAP/IAPOA/SCE member and is responsible for the Architectural and Project Management side of the firm.

Marlon T. Tejano is a Senior Architectural Designer whilst working in the Middle East and was a seasoned Architectural and Interior Design 3D Visualizer Specialist based in Singapore from 2001 to 2016. He is also a Graphic and IT specialist whom handles the presentation,  graphics, research support and marketing part of the partnership.  

  

All of the partners are BS Architecture & Fine Arts graduates of the Philippines with a combined professional experience of more than 20 years of completed local and overseas works from residential, commercial, hospitality, corporate, industrial and institutional projects.
